20 Lunges
10 Burpee's
20 Turn & Burns
10 Burpee's
20 Air Chair
(repeat 3x)

CARDIO BLAST:  10 Jacks / 10 Cross Country / 10 Tire Run / 10 High Knees (repeat 3x)

4 min:  Cool Down
4-5 min:  Stretch
