3 min:  Warm-up your muscles3 min:  Stretch your muscles

10 Jumping Jacks
10 Tricep Dips
10 Mountain Climbers
30 sec.  Plank
(repeat 10x)

3 min:  Cool Down
4 min:  Stretch again
