20 Mtn. Climbers
30 sec:  Plank
(repeat 5x)

20 sec:  Jacks
20 Mtn. Jacks
60 sec: Side Plank (30 sec each side)
(repeat 5x)

(10) 10 sec Sprints

3 min:  Cool down
4 min:  Stretch
